If you have been unable to connect to our servers you can check the player ban system for your Steam ID to see
if you have been banned from playing on our servers.

We have a policy for dealing with hackers and people who do not get along with our clan members and server regulars.

You can search our system and if you find your steam id listed you can protest the ban.

If you are going to protest your ban please have evidence that you were not hacking or being a jackass
on our server(s)
